Refund Policy

1. Billing Models

Solo subscriptions. Paid Solo plans may be billed as recurring subscriptions and renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. Users may cancel a Solo subscription at any time. After cancellation, access to applicable paid features remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Organization AI Technical Evaluations. The organization hiring workflow does not require a company subscription. After an organization's included evaluations are used, additional AI Technical Evaluations may be purchased individually. Each purchase adds one AI Technical Evaluation entitlement and does not automatically renew.

2. Refunds

Unless required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable. DevMarathon does not provide partial refunds for unused subscription periods or unused one-time AI Technical Evaluation purchases.

However, users may contact support regarding billing issues including:

• Duplicate charges
• Incorrect billing
• Payment errors

Requests may be submitted to hello@devmarathon.ai. Each request will be reviewed individually.

3. Payment Processing

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. DevMarathon currently uses Lemon Squeezy as a Merchant of Record, which may handle payment processing, tax collection, and transaction management.

Payment providers may change in the future.

4. Changes to this Policy

DevMarathon may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
